About Wade Burt

Wade Burt lives in Gallatin Tennessee with his wife of 13 years and his 2 youngest children - Rebekah (12) and Jasper (10). Wade's older children live in Utah, Texas, Florida and Tennessee.

Wade has enjoyed much success as a Healthcare IT Generalist, helping to deploy technology in numerous healthcare facilities over the last 18 years. His unique approach to technology combines an open approach with an in depth technical knowledge to produce a highly collaborative and innovative approach to successful use of healthcare technology.

Wade spent over ten years in The Tennessee Air National Guard as an Avionics Technician. He left the military after achieving the rank of TSGT (E6). He holds a degree in Avionics from Spartan College of Aeronautics in Tulsa Oklahoma. He is additionally in the final year of his work towards a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from WGU.

During his off time, you can find Wade with his family. They enjoy a wide range of sports, wood, automotive and home projects. Church events fill their busy schedule as they perform service to others. Wade thoroughly enjoys mentoring his children in all these things.

Wade has written a book about his life so far . Titled "From The Strip Club To The Temple". it is a story of life before and after his conversion to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It also tells plenty of stories of life as an "Air Force Brat", consequences of poor decisions, and how to overcome bad decisions. He has also written a book about the Commoditization of the United States labor force. ;Commoditized"

Wade's wife Teresa passed away in February 2002 after an 18 month battle with colon cancer.

Wade is a Past President of The Donelson Hermitage Rotary Club

Wade has acted as volunteer adviser for the Congressional campaign of Chris Carter.

Wade is a Delegate to Congressman Diane Black's office for The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC)
